About Dr. Dyoni Cole

Dr. Dyoni Cole is a licensed minister, dancer, author, mentor, leader, research scientist, and a management and organizational leadership specialist.  Dr. Dyoni is president of Dyoni, Inc., a consulting organization that specializes in leadership development. 

 

Dr. Dyoni, a worshipper at heart is heavily involved in performing and creative arts ministry.  Dr. Dyoni’s passion is to have a heart like Jesus and see God’s beloved people set free to worship the Father in spirit and in truth.  With over 15 years of experience in the dance ministry, Dr. Dyoni has the ability to shift an atmosphere through true authentic worship and warfare.  In the early part of her dance journey, she has ministered in dance with Silent Praise Ministry of Inglewood, Utter Most Praise, and Hush Company.  

 

As a dance worship leader, Dr. Dyoni directed the children’s and adult’s dance ministry at Love and Unity Church in Compton, CA.  Dr. Dyoni also served as Chaplain of the Arts, under the leadership of Dr. Michelle Corral, Pastor and Founder of Breath of The Spirit International Ministries for three years.  As Chaplain of the Arts, Dr. Dyoni directed the children, youth, and adult dance ministries; wrote and directed many drama productions and presentations.  She also conducted dance workshops in Sierra Leone, West Africa, Uganda, East Africa, and Cape Town, South Africa for children of all ages.  In addition, Dr. Dyoni taught dance classes with a production company in Irvine, California for three years.

 

Dr. Dyoni received her doctorate from Argosy University in Business Administration with a focus on management and organizational leadership. She also earned an MS in Social Psychology from Walden University.  She has been recognized for her academic achievements and inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the National  Society of Leadership and Success.  As a scholar, she teaches others the importance of education, perseverance, and patiently enduring.  She lives by the words “always be a student of your craft”, each day is an opportunity to LEARN, to LOVE and to DANCE.
